How long will my job take?

There are a lot of factors that determine how long it will take our crew to finish, but unless you've already been informed otherwise your project should be finished the same day we begin. 

What will happen if it rains?

We're all familiar with how Texas weather can change at a moment's notice. For this reason, we don't like to reschedule until the day of your project. If it does turn out to be stormy on the day of your project, our office will give you a call to reschedule for the next available day. We try to build gaps into our schedule during the rainy season to account for rescheduling, but we can't guarantee next-day rescheduling if we're rained out.

Do I have to be home?

No, it's not necessary for you to be on site the whole time. However, pruning can sometimes be subjective, and for this reason, if at all possible, we do prefer you to be there at the end to walk the property with our foreman and make sure you're satisfied before we leave.

How AND When do I pay?

Payment is due upon completion. Like most small businesses, we prefer cash or check, but we do accept all major credit cards. If you want to pay by card, just let our office know and you'll receive a call when the crew finishes so that you can pay by phone.
